Proto Sum extends an invitation to the Facility. They ask you to fix a bug, but they don't specify what the bug is for. Players need to debug the prototype to earn points. Click on the surrounding area. When the buttons in the empty space below light up, it indicates that you can use them. Those are upgrades; if you want to earn points faster, you can choose to buy them. Buying more upgrades speeds up the scoring process. Expensive upgrades give you higher points.
