2.5D covers more than the accepted 2D. Still moving forward, however the area here is more open. Mostly, a three-dimensional perspective will focus on geometric movement. It is changing with every round of the game instead of moving straight forward. The player's point of view follows the curve you will see all during the surgery. Lack of knowledge about the viewpoint will complicate your work.
